Keeping Ornamental Fish: Utilizing the ADDOX System and CFJ Device

Introducing a case study of using a concentrated oxygen dissolution system in a display seawater tank!

A performance test was conducted using the ADDOX system (concentrated oxygen dissolution system) in a display seawater tank at a certain pet shop. The test compared the loss of live specimens (number of deaths) in seawater tanks of the same number and capacity under normal rearing conditions and in a high-concentration oxygen environment created by the ADDOX system. As a result, there was a reduction of 28 deaths per lineage (49-21), leading to a cost saving of 28 fish × 1,502 yen = 42,056 yen. [Case Study] ■ Certain Pet Shop ■ Test Period: August XX, 2011 - September XX, 2011 (34 days) ■ Test Item: Performance of the ADDOX system (concentrated oxygen dissolution system) used in a display seawater tank ■ Test Objectives (1) To compare the loss of live specimens (number of deaths) in seawater tanks of the same number and capacity under normal rearing conditions and in a high-concentration oxygen environment created by the ADDOX system. (2) To evaluate other factors such as the stability of growth conditions and changes in the situation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Asari Pack: Utilization of ADDOX System and CFJ Device

Utilizable seawater for maintaining freshness! Here are some comparative examples of concentrated oxygen-dissolved seawater.

In the asari pack, it is possible to enhance the freshness retention effect by using the CFJ device for the seawater enclosed to maintain freshness. Typically, seawater has a low dissolved oxygen concentration, is often cloudy, and has a strong odor. In contrast, concentrated oxygen-dissolved seawater is clear and has a faint smell, making it effective for freshness retention. 【Using Regular Seawater】 - Processing date: May 22, 2012 - Dissolved oxygen concentration (DO): 10 mg/L - Opening date: May 25, 2012 - Dissolved oxygen concentration (DO): 0.67 mg/L 【Using Concentrated Oxygen-Dissolved Seawater】 - Processing date: May 22, 2012 - Dissolved oxygen concentration (DO): 47 mg/L - Opening date: May 25, 2012 - Dissolved oxygen concentration (DO): 1.0 mg/L *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Utilization of ADDOX system and CFJ devices in seaweed production and processing.

Introducing the application of the concentrated oxygen dissolution system to "nori production processing."

Currently, during the production and processing of seaweed, fresh seawater is injected and stirred in an active storage tank to maintain freshness while processing into sheet nori. Since nori is a living organism, oxygen is essential for respiration. In this active storage tank, the naturally occurring oxygen in seawater is insufficient, so a highly efficient oxygen supply is necessary, and an improvement in freshness maintenance is desired. 【Expected Effects】 (1) By improving freshness maintenance, weight loss is reduced, leading to an increase in the number of sheets produced. (2) By improving freshness maintenance, color fading of the nori is reduced, maintaining and further enhancing product value. *In fiscal year 2010, preliminary tests were conducted in the western part of the prefecture, confirming effects such as increased production numbers. *In fiscal year 2011, tests were conducted in the eastern part of the prefecture with the cooperation of the prefecture, resulting in an increase in selling price due to improved product value. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
